Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11

After the launch of the Mahindra Scorpio N, the Indian UV-maker giant has re-launched the earlier generation of the Scorpio with the Classic moniker. Available in a price range of Rs 11.99-15.49 lakh, the new model is available only in two variants – S and S11. Also, in spite of the fact that the engine has been carried over from the old Scorpio, it has received some updates for improved performance, smoothness and NVH. The ARAI-rated fuel efficiency is now pegged at 16.46 kmpl, up from 15 kmpl earlier. Also, the Diesel engine now belts out 131 PS and 300 Nm – 10 PS and 20 Nm more than before. The Mahindra Scorpio Classic is aimed at the traditional fanbase and budget-conscious SUV buyers who find the Scorpio N a bit expensive.
