Powering the Honda Activa 6G is the tried and tested 109.51 cc single-cylinder motor that now features fuel injection and improved driveability. This engine churns out a peak power and torque output of 5.73 kW and 8.84 Nm respectively. This engine comes mated to a smooth CVT gearbox and offers impressive performance. However, the CVT rubber band effect is prominent when pushed hard. The throttle response is impressive and in all, the riding experience is decent for a commute class scooter.

The Honda Activa is one of the most VFM and reliable products in the segment and is backed by strong after-sales support. The quality levels and performance levels are decent and so are the overall comfort levels. The engine feels refined and responds well to the throttle inputs. The TVS Jupiter on the other hand offers a similar package but is better when it comes to comfort and outright performance.
