Honda City Hybrid eHEV

On May 4, 2022, the new Honda City eHEV was introduced in India. The 1.5-litre petrol engine with Atkinson cycle is the City e:standout HEV’s feature. The petrol engine produces 96bhp, the traction motor produces 107bhp, and the generation motor produces 94bhp. The City hybrid has a total output of 125bhp and a peak torque of 253Nm. The motors are linked to a single-speed eCVT transmission. Honda claims a fuel efficiency of 26.5kmpl for the City eHEV. Six airbags, a lane watch camera, hill start assist, and a tyre pressure monitoring system are among the passive safety features. In terms of telematics, the Honda Connect is now Alexa and Google-compatible, and it includes features such as remote engine start, among others.
