Speaking about the launch, the new Punch EV is likely to make its debut in 2023 and here are all the details you need to know about the upcoming Punch EV.
Tata Punch EV Launch Date In India
For starters, the new Tata Punch EV is likely to be based on the same Sigma platform as the Tata Altroz EV and will be offered with the brand’s high-voltage Ziptron powertrain. The brand is currently working on a three-platform strategy that will underpin the upcoming Tata electric cars in the next 10 years. This includes a converted IC engine platform, a bespoke EV Sigma platform and a new skateboard platform which will offer tremendous flexibility.

This new Sigma platform will be lighter and more energy efficient when compared to the IC engine platform. Having said this, no major styling changes are likely to be introduced by the brand, save for a new front grille, new alloy wheels, and exclusive colour options for the buyers.
